Yo yo, our homies from the UK and Fried Chicken NZ regulars, JACK BEATS AKA Prime Cuts and our boy Beni G have posted up the first of what will hopefully be many of a new vid series. Jack Beats are definitely part of the FCSS fam having been to our shores on many an occasion so fingers crossed that Beni & crew will be back to get down & get crunk with us in New Zealand in 2010... Yo Whats up! shiiiiiiiiiiaaaat been ages since we have updated, sorry to anyone who checks our blog! We had a really busy summer with some great gigs to kick off 2010, but its only the beginning. So many great gigs on the horizon we are so amped about but more on them in future updates we promise ! ;)
For now and to make up for our long absence from updating our blog we have have the first in a planned series of mixes showcasing the Fried Chicken sound. The first one is a sound very near and dear to our hearts, funky house, baseline house and general club banging steez. We are planning a couple of follow ups these will be a Party n Bullshit! party rap mix and a Chicken-step dubstep rave mix also. Keep your eyes on this blog for those sometime soon !!!

From the slower tempo of hip hop and dancehall boom bap crunk beats and riddims to the mid tempo funky, crack house, fidget and electro club bangers on to the weighty low end theory and speaker busting wobble of dubstep right through to the rave smashing electrifying sounds of drum and bass.
