Yo yo, our homies from the UK and Fried Chicken NZ regulars, JACK BEATS AKA Prime Cuts and our boy Beni G have posted up the first of what will hopefully be many of a new vid series. Including some sicko tour footage and what seems to be some new colab with A-trak. Jack Beats are definitely part of the FCSS fam having been to our shores on many an occasion so fingers crossed that Beni & crew will be back to get down & get crunk with us in New Zealand in 2010... Yo Whats up! shiiiiiiiiiiaaaat been ages since we have updated, sorry to anyone who checks our blog! We had a really busy summer with some great gigs to kick off 2010, but its only the beginning. So many great gigs on the horizon we are so amped about but more on them in future updates we promise ! ;)

For now and to make up for our long absence from updating our blog we have have the first in a planned series of mixes showcasing the Fried Chicken sound. From the slower tempo of hip hop and dancehall boom bap crunk beats and riddims to the mid tempo funky, crack house, fidget and electro club bangers on to the weighty low end theory and speaker busting wobble of dubstep right through to the rave smashing electrifying sounds of drum and bass. Saturday the 22nd of August sees the return of the mighty Fried Chicken Sound System’s DDog, Marek & Kava for another EPIC session at the San Francisco Bathhouse. Following the debauchery of the Easter shindig, and the tumultuous post Homegrown bash, everyone wants a taste of our secret herbs & spices with queues extending a far as the eye could see down Cuba street and everyone fighting for a place in line for what is being known as our capitols most infamous party.

BUT…once more the Fried Chicken Crew are BACK to satisfy your ravings! Bringing to to you Wellingtons most buckwild party experience featuring a mash of the most up-front ghetto tech, hip hop, electro, dancehall, kuduro, baile, booty bounce, house, bassline, grime and all things club related from around the globe, as well those classics you thought you’d NEVER hear again! Pair these beats up with our now legendary lazer light show and you couldnt wish for a better environment to let loose and spaz out…
